Odissea Waterpark of Italy continues to expand with Polin slides


Opened in year 2000, Odissea Waterpark, Rossana Calabro, Italy proved itself as one of the best waterpark in Italy in late 2008. Odissea 2000 Waterpark is awarded as best Italian Waterpark for 2008 due to the new attraction: Polin’s Windigo by Parksmania Club. This award is the “Oscar” of the amusement parks. Just after the installation of Windigo, the park is awarded and it is unveiled that Windigo (They named each slide in the park themselves. They called Polin Windigo as "Chimera".) contributed a lot to this award. Odissea 2000 Waterpark holds another record namely the longest waterslide of Europe is in this park which is a 300 m waterslide, a combination of big rafting and big hole waterslides both with a diameter of 2000mm. After proving itself as one of the best waterparks of Europe, the park decided to expand and renovate in 2009 and chose Polin Waterparks and the Pool Systems,Turkey as the waterslide supplier for the planned expansion. For the beginning, there will be 4 additions and a new kids play area including an interactive play center which will ensure that there is a wide range of variety of activities that makes visitors come back again and again.
